Payments for Therapy 

Check or Cash: Payment for service is collected at the time of your appointment.

Online via PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Bank Account Withdrawal: Payments must be made prior to the scheduled session. 

Payments for Assessment and Evaluation 

To secure your evaluation appointments, please provide a nonrefundable $300 deposit one week prior to your first scheduled appointment or your appointment may be subject to cancellation.  The deposit can be mailed by check or via online PayPal (credit card or direct bank account withdrawal).  For assessment, the service includes a review of relevant records, structured parent/caregiver interviews, all assessment administrations, the feedback sessions, and the written report with recommendations.
